EPW - Aubert & Capt, Geneva, minute repeater designed to strike on three hammers though repeat mechanism is presently largely incomplete, 53mm, 18K gold (tested) OF original case, slide on band at 1:30 to prevent repeat activation, signed gold cuvette bearing attributes, white enamel dial, KWKS, cylinder escapement, 10J, parachute shock and compensation curb system, standing barrel, gilt mvt, s#7033 within case. CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, repeat mechanism is substantially incomplete missing all racks, missing the hour snail, missing the gongs, and missing various other components as seen in photos, overhaul and fabrication of missing parts needed for repeat function, fine cosmetic mvt condition overall, some fine scratches, missing barrel stopworks assembly; dial with small patched edge chip near 9, very small edge flakes near 6 and 12; case shows little wear, few small nicks, good overall engine turning detail with light reduction at shoulder; tight bow, good glass crystal.
